Christina Weng

Christina Weng is a systems thinker who loves translating complicated problems into simple tools that anybody can use. She has earned reviews and recognition on products she has worked on at her previous internship workplaces: Microsoft Vancouver & Royal Bank of Canada. Upon graduation, Christina will be joining Facebook in Silicon Valley to work within the Ads & Business Platform organization.

Christina is humbled to have been recognized as Canada and Ontario’s Co-Op Student of the year and a recipient of the Jervis B. Webb scholarship. She has had the privilege of competing at hackathons on provincial and international levels, earning awards from places like Stanford University and TD Bank for her program-related work. When she’s not designing, you can find her organizing events like Hackville, Sheridan’s first Major League Hacking hackathon. In her spare time, she loves hiking, skiing, collecting plushies, and splurging on delicious ethnic foods.
